Terence L. Williams, Sr. was a father of three and a decorated marine, noble mason, and a youth football coach for many years. Terence served honorably in all of his endeavors. He was 42 when he passed after battling with diabetes for more than 10 years. We believe that if Terence had educated himself on such health issues, maintained a lifestyle of fitness and nutrition, he could have prevented himself from becoming a victim of this deadly disease. Terence’s wish was to impart this unique fitness game and inform others about the importance of health awareness. In honor of Terence L.
